Why Class 12 students get stuck on partnership accounts
Most students do not lose Accountancy in the board year. They lose it by August of Class 11.
Partnership accounts look new. Company accounts look new. They are not. Admission of a partner is a revaluation and a capital adjustment — the same debit and credit logic from Class 11, applied to a more complicated entity. Share capital is a journal entry. Cash flow is a rearranged balance sheet.
So when a Class 12 student cannot get through partnership, the problem is almost never partnership. It is a Class 11 foundation that was never repaired, now carrying twice the weight. The student is trying to learn goodwill adjustment while still unsure why a particular account is being debited.
Most tuition classes handle this by teaching partnership harder. Louder, faster, more questions. It does not work, because the missing piece is a year below where they are looking.
There are about seven months to the board exam. That is enough time — but only if the Class 11 gap gets closed in the next few weeks, not in December when everyone panics at once.

The Class 11 gap gets closed first
Before partnership, we check whether the basics hold. Adjustment entries, depreciation, final accounts. If those are shaky, goodwill and revaluation cannot sit on top of them. It costs two weeks now and saves the whole year.

Ten students, not forty
In Accountancy the mistake is never in the answer. It sits in the working, and the only way to catch it is to walk over and read what the student wrote. Nobody reads forty notebooks. Ten is the whole point.

Full board papers, on their own days
Three hours, real conditions, on separate days from teaching. Most Class 12 students who lose marks are not short of knowledge. They are short of practice at finishing, and at showing working the way an examiner expects to see it.

TS Grewal Volume 1 and 2, on NCERT
Board questions come from NCERT, so that is the spine. Volume 1 for partnership, Volume 2 for company accounts, DK Goel where its explanation is clearer. If your school follows something else, bring it.

CBSE and ISC kept apart
The two boards diverge sharply in Class 12, especially in company accounts and financial statement analysis. They run as separate batches on separate evenings, each following its own paper pattern rather than a blended version.

One teacher, every class
There is no junior faculty. Dr. Puja Shree teaches all three classes a week and checks every board paper herself, marking the working, not just the total. A small team handles admissions, scheduling and messages.

Come for three classes before you pay anything. One class is not enough for anybody to judge — not you, not your child, and not me.
Over three classes I can see how a student works, where the Class 11 gap actually sits, and whether the way I teach fits the way they learn. With ten seats in a batch and seven months on the clock, that judgement matters.
Sometimes the fit is not there. When that happens I say so, and I tell you what I think would work better — one-to-one instead of a batch, or a different subject fixed first. In Class 12 there is no time to find that out in November.

Dr. (CS) Puja Shree Agarwal
Dr. CS Puja Shree Agarwal teaches every Class 12 Accountancy class at Edu Attack. She has been teaching since 2000.
She started the year she finished Class 12 herself, with a 24th rank in UP Board Commerce, taking evening batches in Prayagraj to pay her own graduation fees. Twenty-six years later she has taught the subject at every level it exists — Class 11 and 12, B.Com and M.Com, and up to CA Inter. Forty-four of her students have secured All India Ranks in CS and CA examinations.
That matters more in Class 12 than anywhere else. Partnership and company accounts reappear at CA Foundation, at CA Inter, at B.Com. A teacher who has taught those levels does not teach Class 12 partnership as a chapter to be cleared in February. She teaches it as the thing the next four years will be built on.
She founded Edu Attack in Vaishali in 2013 and taught there for years before moving the centre to Vasundhara.

THE TRAVEL
Coming from Indirapuram, Vaishali or the Vasundhara sectors
The centre is in Sector 3, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad – 201012, near Vanasthali School Road.
From Indirapuram it is roughly fifteen to twenty minutes by car in the evening, depending on which pocket you start from. Ahinsa Khand and Vaibhav Khand are the closest. Because classes are three evenings a week and not daily, that trip is manageable in a way a daily commute would not be — and it is usually shorter than the drive to the Indirapuram coaching hubs at peak hour.
From Vaishali it is under ten minutes. Edu Attack started in Vaishali in 2013 and ran there for years before moving here, so several families making that trip have been with us since the old centre.
From within Vasundhara — Sector 1, 2, 4B, 9 and Sector 3 itself — everything is inside a ten minute drive.
If you are coming from further out, tell us on WhatsApp before you book the free classes. Sometimes the honest answer is that a centre closer to you makes more sense, and it is better to say that before three evenings are spent finding out.

Class 12 Accountancy tuition — questions parents ask
In this section, you can address common questions efficiently.
About seven months, which is enough if the work starts now. What does not work is joining in December, when partnership, company accounts and cash flow all have to be fixed at once. The students who do well in February are the ones who closed their gaps by September.
It will be, unless the Class 11 base is repaired. That repair is built into how this batch runs — we check the basics before partnership rather than after the first bad Class 12 test.
Financial statement analysis: company financial statements, ratio analysis and the cash flow statement. Almost every CBSE school in this area takes that option, but tell us at the demo if yours has chosen computerised accounting.
Their pace, mostly. Running ahead of school in Class 12 confuses students more than it helps. The exception is when a school is badly behind, in which case we get ahead deliberately and say so.
Yes. CBSE sample papers and past board papers are written as full three-hour papers on the separate paper days, not handed over as a PDF to attempt at home.
